Woo Hoo!!!
My 2nd time "playing the Broadway lottery" and once again I won!!!
For those who do not know what "the Broadway lottery" is . . .
Some of the current Broadway shows have a "lottery" program to help out those who do not or feel they cannot manifest the $110.00 to $300.00 for orchestra seats at Broadway hits. The shows which take part in the lottery [Wicked, Drowsy Chaperone, Avenue Q, Rent and a few others] -- hold the front row of the orchestra (yes, all of it) and do not sell those seats at all. About an hour and a half before show time, people go out front of the theatre. Theater personnel for the show are there with a table, a bucket and slips of paper and pens. Fans line up and put their name on the slip of paper and up to two tickets per person and put it in the bucket.
One hour before curtain, they begin pulling out names to fill these front row seat seats -- and stop when they've filled it up. Then, in cash, if your name was pulled . . .you go into the box office and buy your front row tickets for $25.00 each!!! You see a hit show, in the front orchestra row for only $25.00! In August, my friend was visiting from California . . . and wanted to see some Broadway shows. We went to TKTS, where you can get orchestra seats for 35% to 50% off for unsold seats. Neither one of us had seen The Drowsy Chaperone and wanted to. Being the LOA/Abraham devotee I am, I told her . . .we don't need TKTS tonight. We will do the lottery at that show and by law of attraction, I "know" we will win the $25.00 tickets.Approximately 200 or so people put their names in the bucket, me included . . . and yes, as I knew (without doubt), I was the 5th name called and we had the seats dead center of the front row!!!Recently, The Drowsy Chaperone announced it is closing for good on December 30th . . .tonight. I knew I wanted to see it one more time . . . and I felt I wanted to see it, again, in the front row for $25.00. This time there were about 100 or so people in the drawing . . . and I told the theater personnel that I would "win again" and that I "knew" it without a doubt. Two people were pulled somewhere in the middle of the drawing who were "no shows" . . . and so, I was about the 10th name called. The guy drawing the names laughed and said, "Wow, you told us you would win!!!" At that point, several people told me that if I get this "feeling" about the Megamillions lottery, they would like to be there with me!!! Yesterday was a really great day, too. There so much I manifested related to the show . . . In August, also, I wanted a show jacket and was attending The Broadway Flea Market. It's a great fair where Broadway stars and actors sell theatre goods in auction and sale to support "Equity Cares" charity for prevention and research for the cure for HIV/AIDS.Some of the auctions and sales are relatively high . . . particularly show jackets (which are leather and only given to actors in shows). I had about $50.00 to spend and wasn't sure if a jacket could be found for under a couple of hundred dollars. As the market was nearly done, I saw a show jacket hanging at The Drowsy Chaperone table (I hadn't seen the show, yet, at that point). It was from Show Boat and a show I know and like. It is leather and in great condition . . . I asked the actor there how much it was. And when he announced $25.00, I was happy at my segment intending to spend less than $50.00 on a jacket!!!Then Beth Leavel was there, she stars as "The Drowsy Chaperone" and explained it was 'her jacket' which she donated to the flea market. It has the name Sam embroidered on the front. She told me it had a back story, when she was in the Broadway production of Show Boat -- how she was pregnant with her son, Sam! I had her tell me the story on my videotape. She did and totally made my day when she announced that the jacket would take me to Broadway, in her footsteps! [At least, I feel like that when I wear the jacket!]So, yesterday, in the afternoon, I went to the stage door and asked to see Beth Leavel and say thank you for the jacket. She came down and greeted me and told me how great I look in the jacket. I gave her a thank you card, which included my YouTube address and explained that I will put that video up soon if she wants to see it. She said she would!!!It just feels so good to be "so connected" to Broadway as I manifest my own career as a Broadway actor/singer!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure to attend the 21st Annual (was it) Broadway Flea Market! It was the second one I have attended . . . the other one was some years ago -- where I met people like Gregory Hines, Dorothy Loudon and Lucy Arnaz (who were all on Broadway at the time).
It has grown! Despite my early arrival -- I ended up in the 12-noon autograph tent; although, it was what I wanted as Anthony Rapp and Julia Murney were in that cue. I was able to get an autograph from a couple of soap opera celebrities and a few of the actors from Legally Blonde, and Robert Canavale who played the cop on the final year of Will and Grace. Also, a photograph with Julia Murney.
It was my second time "meeting" Julia Murney. So, I told her about my meeting with her on August 4th at the stage door. Also, how her video clip [which I filmed] on my YouTube account [http://www.youtube.com/angelaura28] is getting more traffic than my Tim Curry clip! I told her, "you have a bigger fan base than Tim Curry!". Julia swore it wasn't true that her fan base is bigger!!! LOL!
Later, after much video (which I will upload in a week or so to YouTube), I purchased a "Show Boat" thick leather jacket that once belonged to Beth Leavel (The Drowsy Chaperone) -- for only $25.00. AND, Beth was there at that moment and gave me a whole videotape story about the jacket!!!
As I am working my way to Broadway steadily . . . including becoming a recent student of top NYC voice teacher, who has one Tony Award winning student I am aware of . . . and this all felt so right to me! What a great day!
Anyone else there?
I also know a personal friend of Anthony Rapp . . . he asked how our friend was doing and I got a little video update from Anthony for our friend!

A special invitation for anyone interested in "The Secret" and "Law of Attraction" and increasing their prosperity. PROJECT: Pay It Forward/Money Train When: Friday, September 28, 2007, 6:30 PM 2007 Where: Woodside (Queens), NY Join the Queens Meetup as a member for more information http://abrahamhicks.meetup.com/235. Description: " Everything you do is for the purpose of the joy that it is giving you. And so, when you don't see something through, it means that it stopped producing the joy that you were hoping to receive. Of course, it is always better if you have anticipated something and you've stayed lined up with it. If you're lined up with it, then it's joy when you're thinking about it even before you start, and it's joyful as you start, and it's intoxicating as you're going, and it's fulfilling as you do it, and it's satisfying as you finish it and you're in alignment the whole way on that."
--Excerpted from a workshop in Portland, OR on Saturday, July 12th, 2003-- Yesterday, we had a great meet-up at Kevin's place! He and his wife, Diane, have a lovely comfortable apartment where we've had the last few successful, enlightening meet-ups! As we ended our meet-up with our usual "flowdreaming" meditation [Positive Flow] exercise; we started a discussion about 'winning the lottery' and 'paying it forward'. I recalled something Oprah did on her show last season. Oprah gave her audience members $1,000.00 each with the stipulation that they 'had to give it to someone else' and, for the purposes of her show, record to whom they gave this money. There were no other rules, except to "give it all away". Many chose to give it away in increments of $250.00 to 4 people . . . i.e., in a grocery store or the whole sum to a charity. When I saw this episode, it inspired me . . . because it does feel fantastic to give to others! I love buying and giving gifts to friends, or gift certificates. I've read many books and articles of different things people have done to feel good . . . by giving and a few of them I've done here and there. Now, as my birthday arrives; together, we thought . . . let's let the Universe know we do believe in our prosperity and we came up with an great idea to do "on my birthday!" Here's some ideas I've heard about: * In the film "It Can Happen To You" there's a scene where Nicholas Cage and Rosie Perez (their characters) pay for everyone's subway tokens . . . * A magazine article I once read [New York Magazine, I think] told about this man who had, for years, been sending $500 a month (or something like that), anonymously, to a underprivileged family in a nearby area. Stories like these always inspire me and have inspired me to think of great ways to make others feel good. And together with our meet-up group, we decided that in celebration of our belief in abundance [and to celebrate my birthday in a great way] we are going to pay it forward and videotape it for YouTube. The video, as did Oprah and others; broadcasting this on YouTube, will hopefully inspire others to do the same with their groups, by themselves or with other groups. A copy will also be sent to Oprah, as a thank you for the inspiration -- and her shows on "The Secret", etc. We decided to limit this to 10 people . . . On September 28th each one of the 10 will go to Duane Reade or a local bank and pick up $5.00 VISA GIFTS CARDS (twenty cards per person -- or nineteen if there's a surcharge).
I have discovered, at this point, they do NOT make $5.00 VISA GIFT CARDS (the lowest I saw was $25.00). Nonewithstanding, we can purchase $5.00 DUANE READE GIFT CARDS and folks will get a discount there, at Duane Reade. --or you can submit the $100.00 dollars via PayPal and I will purchase all the cards for everyone-- We will meet at our usual place at 6:30 p.m., make an intro. on the video and then walk over to the #7 Train. Nineteen or twenty people per train car will receive a $5.00 VISA GIFT CARD as each of our 10 people pass out their gift cards to whoever is on that car until they have no more cards left. The next person will do the next car, etc. until every one of the ten have distributed their cards. A typical New York City Subway train consists of 8 to 11 cars -- about 40 seats per car. More than 10 people can certainly come and observe, hold the camera, etc. So that this goes well. . . we are asking, in this case, 100% commitment if you say yes. Please be there, on time. Afterwards we can all go somewhere in the city and celebrate my birthday with a drink and LOA chat!!! Everyone is invited to that! I'll send out the name or area to meet soon, regarding meeting after our "money train" run! My intention: In a month or two, I'd like to make it $10.00 VISA GIFT CARDS and eventually go all the way up to $100.00 VISA GIFT CARDS as our personal prosperity increases. If we can conceive and believe it, we can achieve it! Will you join us in paying it forward? And spreading the abundance to the #7 Train riders on September 28th?! Love and Light, Angela Theresa "Don't say that you want to give, but go ahead and give! You'll never catch up with a mere hope. --Goethe

My road to Broadway is well under way . . .
Yesterday, I phoned "the voice teacher [VT]" back and scheduled my appointment. For now I will refer to her at VT as she is somewhat famous, here in NY and has a strong tie to Broadway.
I wanted to study with her for that reason. Let's just say that she, my new VT, is known for aiding a certain someone's career to starring on Broadway. I will be her next student to do it!
After that . . . I re-joined 'Jenny Craig [JC]' and learned that I am a bit heavier than I thought. Wow! Ok, I give . . . 230.8 lbs! YIKES! My JC goal is 150.0 lbs. My personal goal is 140.0 lbs. So, you all will be seeing less of me, so to speak. I will be videotaping this journey on my vlog, as well. As soon as I figure out how to use my video editing program and making it ready for YouTube!
My other pro-active thing, for my acting career on Broadway. I am acting in Spontaneous Combustion #29 at "Manhattan Theatre Source" this coming weekend. Through Vistaprint, I had 100 postcards printed. They won't arrive until nearly the last day of the show -- still I can pass out a bunch to some of the casting directors and agents I met in the past few months.

In Memory of my friend, Debby Coleby:
Today would've been her 41st or 42nd birthday. I apologize for not remembering the year, it had been awhile since I asked her. I just learned today that she died about two weeks ago. An exact date is not known because, basically, I found out from a security guard at the building where she lived.
HOW WE MET:
It was in the Village (Greenwich Village, NY) on Halloween 1987. I had joined the line to buy tickets, that evening, for Rocky Horror Picture Show at 8th Street Playhouse, which, in those days was always a sold-out event, every weekend!
Standing there, waiting for the box office to open . . . I was telling my friend, Arleen Fackina, about my meeting Tim Curry (August 28th, 1987) for the first time. Debby, just ahead of us in line, was giving me death glares. Mind you, Deb was a 6' foot tall, African-American woman with lots of strength . . .a true Leo! And being she was one of those "quiet Leo" types, her stare was all it took to scare the bravest soul. And being raised in a rough part of Harlem certainly made her one to contend with . . .
We began talking to her and found her a wonderful friend to have . . . all toughness aside, she was also a caring, loving and loyal friend from that day and for years to come.
After obtaining our tickets we spent the rest of the evening together and added on a couple of other fans -- we were a total of seven (7). . . I told them my story of searching for five years to meet Tim Curry and the magical, mysterious way it all unfolded. [Looking back now, it was all very "law of attraction"]. Oddly, numerology was all around us . . . 7 of us . . . we all went back to my place . . . on the 7 Train . . .1987. In all the running around, I had forgotten I had promised to meet another friend at the Halloween Parade! When the group of us arrived at my Maspeth, Queens apartment -- she called (this was BEFORE cell phones) -- and I never saw her again until many years later. I lost one friend and gained Debby that night and for the next years; she became an integral part of my life.
TIM CURRY LOOKS DOWN DEBBY'S DRESS:
On September 17th, 1988, Debby, Arleen, Suzanne Melia and I took an AmTrak train to Washington D.C. to see Tim Curry in Me and My Girl. We stayed in a town called Capitol Heights, MD and Debby had a good time there when I was the victim of discrimination in the all-black community. I'll share this story later, though.
So, the four of us are at the stage door, which is an indoor lobby-like area in this particular theatre, and Tim Curry comes out and makes a bee-line for me! I had sent him a letter, telling him where we were sitting and he also embarrassed me during the show [another story for another time]. Anyway, so, a little girl intercepts Tim and he chats with her a short while; then he comes to me.
First, let me explain what Debby is wearing. Debby brought this lovely blue dress with her, it was one of those wrap around dresses; thus, due to her height, etc. it caused a rather plunging neckline up front. To keep from too much embarrassment, Debby placed a broach of a silver french poodle in between her rather small breasts to keep from giving a free show.
As I introduce Arleen, Suzanne and then Debby . . . 6 feet tall to Tim's 5'8" frame, Tim looks right at her chest and says, in front of about 25 or 30 other fans.
"Nice dog!"
And we all look at Debby's . . . well, dog! Since Debby was up against a wall, I swear she turned red! She barely got out the words. "Thank you, do you want it?" Tim declined and graciously thanked her for the offer. Nevertheless, all those present know Tim Curry looked down her dress as Debby would tell it for years! THE FALLING OUT:
For years Debby, Arleen and I were like the Three Musketeers. Then I moved back to Arizona in 1989 and Debby and Arleen remained best friends. By the time I returned in 1992, Arleen and Debby were still hanging out; but we never recovered the threesome as much. In about 1995 or 1996, Arleen and Debby had a falling out, which, to this day has never healed. [In fact, as I write this, I am waiting for Arleen to return my call to tell her.]
So, I invited Debby to go to Florida with me in 1996. While in Florida, where my family treated her very well; she decided to tell me how to be, how to act, etc. I ended the friendship upon our return to New York due to her attitude. When I left the friendship, Debby was working at 'Robert Half' and getting by since her mother had passed not too long before.
Although, Debby began strange symptoms and couldn't get a diagnosis since the early 90s. At the point she and I had the falling out, she was still suffering knee problems and severe pain throughout her body with no diagnosis; but seeking one.
I moved to California in 1997.
Around 2004, I was in Pennsylvania and decided to look up Debby. I found her in New York and on SSD and about four months to live. She was diagnosed in the interim with Lupus and had suffered a heart attack and contracted Sclerderma. She was in bad shape and basically dying. I saw her in 2004 and late last year twice, during one of her many hospital stays and once at the nursing home she lived in.
She out-lived the prognosis, obviously and about two weeks ago . . .
Enjoy the party on the Other Side, my friend! I am happy to know the pain is over and you can walk and run again!
As a Psychic-Medium, I have been feeling Debby communicating with me for about a week or two -- I am calm because 1) I "knew" in my gut she had gone to the Other Side and 2) I can feel her relief from the constant pain she had been in for a few years now.
I will miss our phone conversations, though, Deb! Love, Light and Peace my friend . . .

Hello all . . .
I am at work and only have a few minutes to catch up!
Mom arrived on August 3rd and is here until August 13th. We went to see Wicked on Broadway. It was my third time seeing the show, second time on Broadway.
Julia Murney is wonderful, funny . . . at the stage door she even invited me to come "do the show" at 3 pm Sunday! LOL!
All right, here's the exchange . . .
Me: Julia, Elphaba is my dream role! Julia: There's room for everyone! Come tomorrow at 3 p.m.!
Funny girl . . .Julia Murney
Saw my friend, Tony Galde and we chatted briefly about Centerstage and Arizona. He promised we'd get together soon and also include Jenee.
More law of attraction, too . . .
Jenee phoned me yesterday, by the by . . . and reminded me about her incredible voice teacher. Thus, I took it as a sign and got her number [the voice teacher]. Oh, and this voice teacher is also Idina Menzel's voice teacher!!!
The road to Wicked is happening for me . . .
I just need to lose weight and really go for it! AARGH!
Catch up later with some more . . .

All right, got the weirdest damn note from my bank yesterday . . . Bank of America. Perhaps all banks do this, but what the $!@k?!
It said, basically, I had exceeded the federal, state or some stupid American law of making withdrawals from my savings account. I'm not overdrawn or anything . . . no, quite the contrary; I oftentimes, transfer some of my savings to checking [why I had the account connected on-line] to prevent the $10.00 or so fee the bank charges if I do overdraw my checking. So, now, apparently; there's a limit to how much of MY MONEY I can transfer to checking per month; and should I continue to "break this law" they will turn my savings into a checking!
What the $@!k?!
What is happening in this country when a person cannot transfer their own money between their own bank accounts. Voluntary bank accounts I might add . . . hey, some people still keep cash in their mattresses or bedposts!
Do all banks do this? Someone tell me . . . I'll change banks if others are more fair that way.
Wow!

Received a videophone call from Fredy . . . my ex. He received an e-mail from his brother, in Guatemala. His sister's 14-year-old son, Edgar, was killed in an accident.
Apparently, the boy was riding outside a bus, as seems the custom there, hanging on . . . there was some sort of accident and the boy flew off the bus and suffered a head injury. At the hospital he passed away from the injuries.
The family is as well as can be expected . . . but, understandably, in grief for the loss of a young man. I believe Edgar's mother is Fredy's younger sister, Flora. Edgar apparently was one of five of her children.
Deepest sympathies to the family.

Okay, it's going to make me insane!
For the last few weeks, perhaps months, I get this "whistling" from my nose. There's nothing 'up there', I'm usually not clogged or anything. But, whistling at each inhale, I am!
Geez, I'm trying to be a Broadway singer/actor -- if I whistle through my nose the microphone will pick it up. It has kept me awake at night, too. Sometimes I can quiet with vigorous pushing and rubbing; still, I should not have to do this.
I got the name of two ear, nose and throat specialists in my area. Still, without insurance; it would be useless to go and not be able to afford the treatment!
The internet made me scared, anyway . . . sometimes nose whistling is a sign of lupus or cancer!!! Who wants that?!
Anyone ever have this problem? Is it just allergies? I mean, I am sneezing, coughing and such quite a bit this summer . . .getting sinus headaches, sometimes stuffy head, sore throats . . . etc.
Just venting, in a tune of whistling!!

It's actually July 9th . . . of course! Thus, here are the events of July 4th, 2007
Earlier in the week, I wanted to find a "good spot" to see the 'Macy's' fireworks. Since I lived in Queens, I sought a place closer than going all the way to Manhattan.
Found one in Long Island City in Queens.
Wendy arrived from Virginia on Tuesday . . . via AmTrak. Since I had the one day off [which is not exactly great for us temporary administrative workers -- no work, no pay!], Wendy and I left the house near 5 p.m. to go to the park.
Once we arrived, among a moderate-sized crowd; and the police officers checked out bags, etc. The throng of people walked onto the three piers on the East River, with a great view of Manhattan and the 'Macy's' fireworks barges (two, apparently). I had my digital camcorder ready, it also takes still photos; and we both had umbrella's. It was overcast and that was smart of us.
It rained on everyone, hard! Fireworks wouldn't start until 9:20 p.m. and remember this was 6:30 pm-ish. I asked the Universe to stop the rain and not too long after it did! For hours! Then, at 9:15 p.m., it started again!!!
During the "down" time with no rain; we all, now a very huge crowd, sang songs about America . . .from America the Beautiful to The Star Spangled Banner.
Finally, late at 9:30 p.m., the rain eased again, at least, to sprinkling and 'Macy's' began its spectacular! Other than some assholes umbrella, held way above his head; it was a great view. I sent Wendy over, at one point, to tell the creep to lower his umbrella so it didn't end up in every video shot I took of the fireworks!
After the show and lots of footage . . . Wendy and I went back into the Queens neighborhood and found a sandwich shop. I refuse to stand on the subway back home . . .and the lines were out of the tunnels up onto the street!!! Thus, we needed to kill a couple of hours. Luckily, we found a place that wasn't filled to the brim.
Anyway, that was it . . .a little wet, some nice fireworks and hanging out with Wendy.

Wow, is this temp job boring! It takes all I have in me to keep my eyes open and I do not always succeed. Oftentimes, I take those long blinks and end up actually falling asleep!!!
In a way, as it would be a change of pace, I hope I do get the job I interviewed for -- considering this job [temp] is in a financial office and it just too boring for me to imagine doing until September!
My dilemma is . . . should I get the job, in publishing, which I interviewed for; then, in September, should I get offered the stage managing job [earning me my Equity card and/or points toward it] I'll have to leave the brand new "permanent" job. Still, lucky me, that I should attract all of this!
The oddest, perhaps tragic thing, happened early this morning.
At 1:00 am I get a call from Lancaster, PA via the VP (Video Phone) interpreter from Lisa, a deaf friend of Fredy (my ex-boyfriend & now good friend; also deaf) telling me her daughter received an 'e-mail' from a deaf friend of Fredy's in California saying that Fredy's "mother has died today"!!!
Lisa, who lives like a half a mile from where Fredy is staying . . . apparently, either, 1) waited all day to tell me and 2) wanted me to contact Fredy. This means, I have to text message the hearing woman he's staying with (her boyfriend and father of her five kids is also deaf) -- and she never answers the phone when I text or ring her! She doesn't seem to like me. Yet, with tidings as this, Fredy would want to know . . .even though, I know, this will destroy him. I mean, he lost custody of his daughter two years ago, and now this ... his beloved mother he hasn't seen in twenty years as she lives in Guatemala and Fredy hasn't been able to leave America due to an immigration status problem.
As the wee hours were passing, unable to get a hold of Fredy . . . my texts going unanswered, of course. I got on-line onto Fredy's account. No e-mails from his brother or niece. Seems someone would e-mail him. Besides, they all have my phone number and would, I believe, call me if this was indeed true! They all know my roommate, Michael, speak Spanish fluently. I speak so very little and they know that, too.
Then I found the friend who gave this news and it got stranger!
Since I was on Fredy's e-mail; he kept thinking I was Fredy. He, first thing, said something about sorry about her death in a short strange sentence in Spanish. I translated it on the website http://www.freetranslation.com (which is great!)
This person, Fernando, is deaf, from Guatemala and lives in California. Supposedly, he chats frequently with family in Guatemala and they told him about Fredy's mother. Although, I recall, for about two years; this same person is telling Fredy that his son, Juan Miquel, totally "hates" Fredy for not visiting, etc. We later learned that is NOT true!
As I explain over and over to Fernando that I am NOT Fredy, but trying to find information. He said he will call Guatemala and see what is up. Then he says the number I have is not working . . .Next he says that "your mother is safe and healthy" and that "your son, Edgar, died in an accident". This made me realize this person is insane . . . and maybe made up everything! Fernando says the boy was 14-years-old. Well, Fredy's son is now 17-years-old and is named Juan Miquel.
It was 4:00 am by this time and I still hadn't gotten a response from Jeannie, the person that I text for Fredy; yet, I saw her on-line and she popped off and came back on. I finally went to bed after calling work and telling my supervisor I will arrive around 12 noon due to a 'family emergency'.
At 8:00 am Fredy called and Jeannie buzzed. I wrote her early this morning and told her she shouldn't ignore me in emergency situations. She informed me she was charging her phone and wasn't actually on-line. I don't know! Fredy, on VP, and he said 'Edgar' is his uncle and maybe he died? Fredy also could not get through on VP to his mother's home.
So, as I write this, at 5:48 p.m., we still do not know if Floridelma, Fredy's mother, is alive or dead. Later today, perhaps, or tomorrow ... I'll tell you a bit about the 4th of July for Wendy and I. She's visiting me from Virginia. Love and Light, Angela Theresa

Applied for a job as Stage Manager for ArtsPower on Monday evening (July 1, 2007); should I book the job, I will receive a contract, not to mention a great weekly salary, giving me the immediate opportunity to join.
My dream early this Tuesday, July 2, 2007 morning: I'm at AEA in New York City ... at the window and an older woman, brunette, named Joanna is sitting behind a little table. She starts handing me forms to fill out, no questions asked . . . this surprises me as I have yet to "start the job" but, in the dream, I have already "signed the contract" to be Stage Manager for ArtsPower. Apparently, in the dream, my employer already submitted my contract to Equity.
Everything is done and Joanna tells me "Welcome to Equity!" I ask her if I'm to pay now or later . . . she tells me not to worry about it yet. I can pay after I finish the job. Nevertheless, for all intensive purposes, I am, according to my dream, an Equity member!!! Of course, from my dreams to God's ears, or to ArtsPower ears!!!
Today, in real waking life . . .I have a regular job (Administrative Assistant) interview with a woman named Joanne.

Hello everyone . . .
On June 17th, 2007 I finished a gig as Production Stage Manager for the Equity Showcase of "Madame Bovary". We had a fun cast party in one of Donald Trump's luxury buildings, since our director lives there! She and her conductor husband live on the 48th story overlooking the Hudson River. Wow!!!
At the party I ended up giving my whole cast psychic readings and/or talking with their dead relatives! Yeah, I'm a Psychic/Medium. The cast wondered why I kept this from them. When one called me "one of those weird crazy psychic people" . . . that was my answer! LOL! He said it with great love and respect, anyway.
So, the day after this two and half months of living the true "theatre life" being paid for my work . . . I went back to that awful thing known as a 'day job'. Or as Mom refers to it . . . a "real" job. I'm bored!!!
I applied for a Stage Manager job in Delaware (of all places) though . . .and am seeing all sorts of signs that the job is mine! It pays well and should earn me my Equity card and/or points toward just that. It's a LORT contract . . .
Glad to meet everyone . . .
Oh, more theatre type news . . .
I have learned, being the "law of attraction" devotee' and teacher, to follow my 'inspired thoughts'. So, after work, yesterday, I felt I was to go to the Gershwin Theatre (where "Wicked" is playing) and see about talking to Tony Galde (a cast member we saw as "Fiyero" in November 2006).
It's an interesting story . . . so, I saw Tony perform late last year. The next day, my friends and I took the "Behind the Emerald Curtain" tour and Tony was our tour guide. I kept thinking something about him was familiar, but couldn't place what it was.
Then, early this year, I got to talking to a girl I grew up with in Phoenix, Arizona. She, too, is obsessed with Idina Menzel and yearns to play "Elphaba".
So, she informs me . . .
"You know Tony Galde is in Wicked, right?"
"Yeah, I met him and saw him perform! Do I know him?" as she seemed to act like I should.
Jenee tells me, "Yes, he was in Centerstage with us!"
[Centerstage USA was a performing group in Phoenix, AZ started by Michael Lancy through 'The Jewish Community Center' -- we did his original musicals across the country and locally in Arizona]
Never followed up, until Wednesday evening.
I figured I'd go in the box office and see if Tony still is with the show. Well, as I go in the doors, there he is! Tony and I exchanged phone numbers and he suggested we have drinks sometime!
By this time next year, folks . . . I will be in the Broadway cast of Wicked!
